Homeowners can get renovated home discounts for the following 4 reasons if it is completed by a licensed contractor.

Heating and Cooling Upgrade/Renovation
Electrical Upgrade/Renovation
Roof Replacement
Plumbing Upgrade/Renovation 

If they get one of the above completed they get a 4% discount off their premium, 2 completed 9% discount, 3 completed 12% discount, 4 completed 15% discount.
