Yes.
We sought out a few different contractors on our own to give us a quote on our project and it took them weeks to get back with us. Some did not return our phone calls at all.

Matt & Vancouver Remodeling have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Matt is very patient and willing to work with our ideas and make suggestions to better our project. He had numerous workers on the job to get the project completed. If there were any obstacles in the way Matt was there to make sure they were taken care of. I would recommend Vancouver Remodeling to anyone looking for a reliable, honest contractor for their home improvement project.
